lovely view, well appointed room, centrally located
Communication about airport shuttle services was unclear. The massage at the spa was disappointing and lackluster!!! Also, the noise from the elevators greatly affected the quality of our stay, which could have easily been avoided!!!

ideal for exploring chapultepec park and museum treasures
I had a fantastic stay in a King Room with Park View, which offered a beautiful green sight of the city, and the hotel’s location made it super easy to stroll over to both Parque Lincoln and the enchanting Chapultepec Castle, just a leisurely walk away.

Had a fantastic short stay with our kids while exploring nearby attractions. The location made it easy for us to walk to Chapultepec Park and the anthropology museum. The room was spacious and had beautiful views, which made it perfect for our family. Our kids especially enjoyed the lounge access for breakfast and happy hours. The only downside was some delays in transportation arrangements, but overall, we had a great time.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
I want to give a shoutout to the breakfast at Lilōu, it was like art on a plate. Not to mention I stumbled upon Tokoya, the speakeasy sushi bar, lovely flavors that had me questioning my life choices.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but what can ya expect for that kind of experience.

Had an awesome trip with my friends! We loved the location and spent a day wandering through Chapultepec Park, then toured Chapultepec Castle. The staff were super friendly, and our King Room had a stunning view of the park. The breakfast was tasty, but I recommend going a bit earlier to avoid peak hours.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location overlooking the park. The room had amazing views, truly a highlight of our stay. Staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome. Enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and attractions. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to staff confusion regarding our reservations. The breakfast area was crowded and chaotic, making it hard to enjoy our meal. Room service was inconsistent. we had to ask multiple times for basic items. An elevator would have been nice, as we had to deal with long waits at busy times. Overall, lovely place but some issues that took away from the experience.
